Attentively’s new user interface is here! Our new release features an interface that’s easier to use, more powerful and comes with tons of feature improvements we know you’ll love. Our clients kept telling us that what modern marketers really need is a listening tool which facilitates fast action, leading to more conversions. High value social media interactions are all about a personal response, which is contextual, and if needed, automated.
This roll out reflects the demand to automate targeted, personal communications based on how your supporters/clients are talking about your issues on their social networks.

Here are some of the highlights of our rollout:
NEW LAYOUT. We’ve updated the look of the dashboard to make it easier for you to use, more intuitive, giving you the information you need to take action, faster. See your network reach at a glance, what actions you should take and the performance of your watched terms.
BETTER FILTERING. We’ve added “Klout score” as a new filter and moved filtering into a left-column master filter that affects the entire page. This will help you identify high ranking influencers so you can group and message faster.
IMPROVED DASHBOARD. We’ve replaced the Live Feed widget with recent posts containing your Watched Terms. (Live Feed is now under Content.) You can now see “all time” comparison data on the Watched Terms chart. And Trending includes content snippets, so you have some context for the topic before you click through.
TRENDING. We organized Trending into four categories: Terms, Hashtags, Media (Images+Video), and Links. On the dashboard, you’ll see results for the last 24 hours, with the most recent post highlighted.
DETAILED IMPORT TRACKING. We’ve added a detailed list of your past imports, including an indication of their current status.
There are tons of other improvements throughout — for example, the ability to create automations for any search string, not just a Watched Term.
