From the day Cheryl Contee, Cindy Mottershead and I founded Attentive.ly in 2012, our goal has been to empower organizations to be “good listeners” to the people on the frontlines of important causes: the supporters who care enough to help drive impact and change the world.
Along the way, we’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of amazing, impactful organizations like United to End Genocide, Susan G. Komen, and Momsrising. We’re inspired by their (your) work every day, and believe that we’re just at the beginning of a transformation in the ability of cause-based organizations to utilize modern marketing tools like Attentive.ly to mobilize real-time passion on social media, tap everyday influencers as fundraisers, and more deeply engage supporters.

Attentive.ly already integrates with Blackbaud’s digital marketing solution, Luminate Online™, which has proven beneficial for the two companies’ many shared customers. Blackbaud plans to more deeply integrate Attentive.ly’s capabilities into the next generation version of Luminate Online and intends to pursue other opportunities to leverage functionality across its broader portfolio over time. Once deeply integrated, Attentive.ly will activate an advanced level of social listening for Blackbaud customers; helping them organically grow campaigns while providing a new level of service and community to supporters. Blackbaud will continue to support current Attentive.ly customers who are using the platform as a stand-alone product, and will also continue to support current third-party integrations.
We will continue to provide the same level of service and strategic support that you’ve come to expect from Team Attentively. And look for some very exciting new features this summer, including enhanced Influencer Engagement tools and richer Saved Search analytics.
